Where we sit
Splice Labs Group owns Splice Station, the infrastructure underneath everything we build. Splice Labs is our sibling company — the venture studio building new AI-native companies from scratch, running Helios on top of Station.
We're the other half: separate business, same feedback loop. We transform companies that already exist. We run Hermes internally to do the work, and we leave Hestia behind so you own the backbone once we're gone.
How we think about production AI
